This thesis deals with problems building order in the building company. It served information about planning, project management and projects in the building company general. It explains the basic concepts and actions related to the problem. The main aim this thesis is described and analyzed the building order in the specific building company. This aim is paid to the second pars the thesis which is described the specific building order “The road I/35 Valašské Meziříči-Lešná, 2. stage” and the process of the company from the implementation of this order.

Requirements for manager in the construction company

The goal of this thesis is to find out what requirements are on managers in building company. The thesis is about demands what are placed on manager positions, what abilities and another skills supposed to have the manager. The thesis is finding out what functions manager looks after in company as well. In the theoretical part the author tries to explain the basic terms what are related to the topic of thesis. In the practical part the working hypothesis are proposed and are verified by questionnaire survey in particular building companies. The author of thesis used for survey the method of managed interview too. The result of the analysis and hypothesis verification are conclusions and suitable recommendation for preparation and selection of managers for building companies.

Project Management of Building Company

This thesis describes an information system created for a building company Hydroeco Ltd. that enables especially project management, documentation and visualization of company projects. The introductory part contains description of technical resources needed to create and run the application. The next part describes the processing requirements and creation of a model system. The system itself is based on PHP Zend Framework using Model-View-Controller architecture and object-oriented approach. Furthermore, it uses technology such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and MySQL. Visualization is ensured by JpGraph library, Google Maps and Autodesk Freewheel tool. The last part describes the actual implementation, testing and a proposal for extension of the system.

Marketing Mix of a Building Company

My bachelor thesis is focused on marketing mix of a building company. In the first part I deal with the theory of marketing mix as such, in the second part, I analyze the current marketing of the company Inter-Stav, spol. s r. o. In the final part is shown how we can arrange the marketing mix for a new product of the firm, which is hostel-type accommodation service.

Utilization of Accounting Statements for Evaluation of Development of Construction Company

This Bachelor's thesis is concerned with the use of accounting data in order to detect the actual situation in a company on the basis of the financial analysis methods. The theoretical part is focused on the basic conception of a building company and the structure of accounting statements. Further it is dealing with various methods of financial analysis, especially horizontal and vertical analysis and methods of ratio indicators. The practical part preforms the analysis of a concrete building company with the aid of methods described in the theoretical part. In the conclusion the ascertained results are summarized and compared with the actual situation on the construction market.

Cost Management in the Building Company

The primary objective of business enterprise is profit formation. As for the price formation it is necessary to proceed in the direction from costs. To have a prosperous building company, we need to manage costs and have them under control. All work is focused on cost management. At the beginning we need to focus on the introduction into the operating environment, and then everything is demonstrated on one of the largest Czech building companies. The aim is to validate the importance of cost management for profit formation and the possibility to achieve company growth even in hard times.

Management of Building Order from Aspect of Supplier

Construction order is an essential production unit of a building company. Managing the order in a building company focuses on processing offers, productive preparation and realisation of construction works. The practical part of this thesis describes and examines the management of orders in two construction companies, whose production is oriented toward realisation of ground-based buildings. The result of this thesis is a comparison of these two companies, the lay-out of standard forms and their implementation into agency of the companies to improve their preparation and realisation of the order.
